TOP SPEED AQUATIC CLUB PHOTOGRAPHY/ VIDEOGRAPHY POLICY

 Top Speed Aquatic Club (TSAC) participants agree to be filmed and photographed by the TSAC coaches, photographers/ videographers, and other host USA Swimming club approved photographers/ videographers. TSAC participants also allow the right to use names and pictures before, during, and/or after the swim meet such as on public psych sheets, heat sheets, results, featured on the host club or TSAC website, social media, in public broadcast of the event via television, or in a webcast. Parents/guardians of minor swimmers who do not wish their swimmers to participate in interviews or have individual pictures featured on any media should inform David Miller via email at [email protected].

 All pictures/videos must observe generally accepted standards of decency in particular:

1. Pictures/videos should be a celebration of the sporting activity and not a sexualized image in a sporting context.

 2. Pictures/videos should not be taken or retained where the picture/video reveals a torn or displaced swimsuit.

 3. Pictures/videos should not be taken from behind swimming blocks at the start of a race or exhibit a child climbing out of the swimming pool.

 4. Pictures/videos should not be taken in locker-rooms or bathrooms
