Coach David started swimming at the age of 8 years old. Throughout his swim career he was an athlete on the DC Wave Swim Team, Elite Ray's Swim Club and Takoma Park Swim Team. Coach David enjoyed swimming Butterfly and Backstroke events, and made it to various PVS Championship meets. He was very honored to represent Washington, DC at the Youth Games in St. Croix of the U.S. Virgin Islands and in Toronto,Ontario, Canada. Coach David also made PMSL Allstars, placing in the top three every year.
At 19, Coach David decided to shift his career in to coaching. He started as a 10 and under coach for DC Wave before moving on to be an Age Group coach for PG Parks and Lions Pride Swim Club. Eventually, he found his home with Maryland Suburban Swim Club. When the owner of MSSC retires, Coach David took over the team with a partner forming Suburban Aquatics. Now Coach David is the proud owner and Head Coach of TSAC and is looking forward to many great seasons. When Coach David isn't on deck coaching, he enjoys leagues and tournament bowling all over the country.
