General Information

New swimmers will need an evaluation or coach approval prior to registering. Click HERE to schedule a tryout. 

All program fees are posted on our training group pages; please make sure to review the cost of the program prior to registering. 

Training Groups

The cost to join Top Speed Aquatic Club includes:

• The annual registration fee for training groups is $250.00. This fee includes your registration with USA Swimming and PVS and Team Apparel Package. REGISTRATION FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
• Meet fees are not included in the registration fee. These fees will be assessed upon submission of meet entries during the season. Parents will be invoiced seperately via Team Unify for all meet entry fees. 
• Training fees are based on training level. 
• We do offer sibling discounts. (There are no discounts on registration fees)

• Bag tag

Responsibility for Payment of Fees

Your registration for Top Speed Aquatic Club is not refundable once submitted and approved. 

Parents are responsible for the payment of all fees for the full season. 

TSAC  offers several payment options to our families.  However, if your swimmer does not wish to complete the season for any reason, parents are responsible for payment of the full amount contracted amount to Top Speed Aquatic Club. 

The total cost of this program includes the registration fee and training fees. 

Late Payment

Program fees will be invoiced and sent by email on the 1st of each month. Payment is due by the 15th of the month. The charge for a late payment is $30 and will be assessed to your account. Accounts over 30 days past due will be ineligible to register for swim meets. Accounts 50 days past due may be subject to suspension of training privileges.

Returned check policy

The charge for a check returned from your bank is $30, which will be applied to your account. After two (2) such occurrences in a season, TSAC reserves the right to require an alternate form of payment such as cashier’s check, money order or Credit card with convenience fee.

Refunds

Top Speed Aquatic Club is not able to provide a refund for swimmers withdrawing from the team during the course of the season. All pool rentals and coaching contracts are executed prior to the start of the season based upon our regsitration numbers. If a swimmer decides to not complete the full season with Top Speed Aquatic Club, the family remains responsible for any outstanding fees.
